This project is the construction of a 10.8 meter long fishing barge mold, which is made with plywood material.
All the cuts are made with a CNC machine, and the design and part-reading process of this project is in such a way that all the connections are made in the form of crotch and tongue and no glue, screws or nails are used in the connections and assemblies.
In this implementation method
- The material scatter reaches the lowest possible state,
- Two workers are enough to assemble the whole work.
- There is no error or mistake again.
- All the parts can be cnc made in 2 working days and the installation process can be done in 3 working days.
- No screws, nails, or glue are used
- Due to the presence of crotch and tongue, the skeleton is integrated and we will have a much higher final strength than glue and screw connections.
- The accuracy of design and part reading is very high, and the possibility of error in the whole project is reduced to less than 1 mm.
In this project, the distance between the plates is designed to be 45 cm, which can be changed according to the needs of the project and the client.
